| 摘 要： | 本实验尝试运用支持式就业教育的理念,探讨新形势下启智学校职业教育的改革方向与职业教育模式。结果表明：实验突破了传统的教学模式,符合智力落后儿童身心发展规律,开发了其就业潜能,提高了劳动能力、社会适应能力和求职谋生的能力,为平等参与社会,自食其力奠定基础
