| 摘 要： | 陕西高等教育学龄人口在2000—2020年间的变化为单峰曲线,2008年为高峰,人口为403.35万人。预测2010年高等教育在校生为120万人,毛入学率约30%。"十一五"期间规模扩大新增配套办学条件需经费73亿元,其中民办高校需16亿元。高等学校专任教师在总量上可满足发展的需要,但在结构上需要调整,在质量方面需要提高。

| Abstract: | The evolution of school-age population of higher education is a single-hump curve in Shaanxi province from the 2000-2020.The summit is 4,033,455 in 2008.It is forecasted that the number of students enrollment of higher education is 1.2million in 2010,and the gross enrollment rate of higher education is 30%.It is 7.3billion yuan that educational expenditure should be added to provide basic condition for developing higher education.The expenditure of non-governmental higher education in it is 1.6 billion yuan.Total of teachers can meet the needs of higher educational development,but the structure must be improved,and their scientific ability should be sharpened. |
