试论我国电视体育解说员素质的欠缺与培养对策

电视体育解说员作为体育解说的具体操作者，其解说水平直接决定着体育解说的质量与趣味性。当前，体育比赛的日益增多、观众欣赏水平的不断提高，对电视体育解说员提出了更高的要求。然而，我国目前的体育解说员队伍却良莠不齐，在诸多方面存在着不令人满意的地方，因此，加快我国体育解说员队伍的改造与培养，将对我国国民体育欣赏水平的提高有着十分重大的理论意义与实践价值。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，通过对我国体育解说员现状的调查与分析，指出了我国体育解说员普遍存在的几个问题，并在此基础上提出了若干培养对策。
