| 摘 要： | 智力因素不是成功的唯一因素 ,事业的成功还要取决于非智力因素。作为一名教育工作者 ,就应该在教育过程中 ,通过各种各样的教育教学手段去培养学生的非智力因素。从而全面提高提高她们整体素质 ,为今后的生活、学习和工作打下一个坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | As we know that the intelligence element is not the only factor to make a success,the non-intelligence elements have an important place in it . To our PE teacher ,only should we pay more attention in cultivating the non-intelligence elements of students by all means in education process , we could raise the all qualities of our students . |
