摘    要:当前,我们所要关注的不仅是教育机会的均等,更要关注教育过程的平等。因此,班级建设中“柔性”管理策略已经成为基础教育领域中主导的价值诉求,已经成为提高教育质量、促进学生健康发展的迫切要求。当前,班级“柔性”管理的缺失,直接影响到素质教育目标的实现,此举与教育无益,与学生有害。本文试图运用相关的教育理论,并结合自己从事班主任工作的实际,对当前在新课改背景下班级管理存在的问题现状进行分析,是以尝试提出解决问题的策略。

Abstract:At present, we are concerned not only the equality of educational opportunities, but also pay attention to the equality of educational process. Therefore, the building of "soft" management strategy in the class has become value - led demands to improve the quality of education in the field of basic education. Besides that, it has also been an urgent requirement to promote the healthy development of students. However, currently the "soft" management deficiencies in the class have a directly passive impact on the quality of education goals, and it is no good to education, and harmful to students. Based on some relevant educational theories and the writers work of head teacher, this article attempts to work on the class management problems in the current situation, and tries to put forward practical strategies to solve the problems in the context of new curriculum reform.
