| 摘 要： | 对注塑机系统的控制过程进行分析,指出传统的使用继电器接触器的系统可靠性低,维护不方便等一系列缺点,提出使用可编程序控制器(PLC)作为注塑机的核心部件,实现注塑机系统的自动控制过程的方法。并给出了注塑机系统的工作流程图、硬件软件设计方法以及参考的梯形图。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the control process of Injection Machine system.It points out a series of defaults in the traditional system which using relay and contact,such as low dependability and discommodiousness maintenance.It advances the method of complete the automation control process of Injection Machine system by using Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) as core part.This article also enumerates the work flow chat of Injection Machine system,the design method of hardware and software and reference trapeziform chat. |
