| 摘 要： | 近代文安县水灾频繁,水灾给普通百姓的生活、生产带来了巨大的影响,人们饥饿、贫困、无家可归、流离失所,农业生产一派凋敝的景象。而人口的锐减,劳动力、畜力的缺乏,以及水利设施的废弛,更严重影响了受灾地区从灾难中复苏的进程。

| Abstract: | The frequent flood disasters in Wen'an County from 1840 to 1949 had a great negative influence on people's livelihood and production.Millions of ordinary people suffered hunger and poverty and became homeless.Besides,the shortage of human labor due to the great reduction of human birth as well as animal labor,together with the deterioration of water infrastructure,seriously slowed the recovery from these disasters. |
