从德育入手,以系列讲座开路,15 项素质教育内容和方法,超过了以往单纯的政治说教,使教练员专科学生看到了我国传统文化的巨大魅力,受到了爱国主义的教育,增强了社会责任感和到体育大学学习的动机和学习好的愿望。提出了将现行分散进行的专业课、毕业论文指导和社会实践,统一进行规划和安排的设想;建议学校应根据教练员专科学生的特点,重新修订教学计划,审定课程体系和教学大纲

Research on Strengthening Diathesis Education of Students in Special Training Classes for Coaches in Beijing University of Physical Education, Starting with Moral Education

Starting with moral education, a series lectures with the contents and methods of 15 items of diathesis education were designed and given to the students in classes for coaches. This kinds of lectures have surpassed the previous simple political preach, so that the students were impressed by the great fascination of the Chinese traditional culture. They received education of patriotism. Their sense of duty has strengthened and so have the motivation to study in BUPE and the wish of study well. It was assumed that the present separate specialized courses, the guidance of theses and the social practice should be planed in a unified way. It was suggested that the teaching plan should be revised again, the curriculum system and the teaching program should be examined and approved according to the characteristics of the students in special training classes for coaches.
