| Abstract: | The paper analyzes all the factors that may have influences on and all the issues may rise in site selection of foreign investment. Both qualitative and quantitative analyses are implemented to do this work. In order to make this paper more practical a case study of Company A is conducted in the paper. Analysis Hierarchy Process AHP is introduced in the paper to analyze and evaluate potential investment sites. The fruit of this paper has been actually used in the practical site selection and works well. |
