基层电大教师职业倦怠的成因及对策的思考

开放教育背景下,基层电大的教师职业倦怠现象十分严重。其主要成因源于角色诉求、工作特征、动力资源等因素。如不加以有效的化解,将会严重干扰和影响现代远程开放教育的健康发展。因此,必须从教师的个性修养,社会、教育行政主管部门及学校的人文关怀和支持,建立起符合开放教育特点的教师评价机制等方面进行消解。

Against the background of open education, professional tiredness of teachers at grassroot TV universities is quite serious. The cause is attributed to such elements as the role petition, work features and resources of the motive force, etc. Failure to effectively deal with it will seriously interfere with and influence healthy development of modern long-distance open education. Therefore, measures must be taken in the fields of personality cultivation of teachers, humane concern and support of society, departments in charge of education, administration and schools as well as establishment of a mechanism for evaluating teachers suited to the features of open education.
