| 摘 要： | 开放式创新模式拓展了可利用创新资源的范围,提高了技术创新活动中资源利用的效率,同时也使企业管理各类创新资源的工作量和难度增大。在界定创新资源概念的基础上,分析了企业创新资源构成的五项要素——人、财、物、技术和信息的现状以及开放式创新模式下对技术创新活动的影响。通过与封闭创新的比较提出开放式创新条件下企业可利用创新资源的特征,即可选择性、流动性、非独占性以及边际效应递减规律减弱。以此为依据对企业创新资源的搜索与获取、整合与利用、保持与流动以及动态更新等几项主要的管理内容进行了探讨,提出建立企业创新资源管理体系的设想。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition of innovation resource, this paper analyzes the innovation resource's composition and present situation, and its effect on technological innovation activities under open innovation pattern. Through comparing with closed innovation, the characteristics of enterprises' available innovation resource are proposed. According to them, the paper discusses some key contents of enterprises' innovation resource management, and put forward the assumption about establishing enterprises' management system of innovation resource. |
