| 摘 要： | 我国人口老龄化过程不仅面对“未富速老”的问题，还面对性别差异问题。基于当前家庭结构功能急剧变迁的背景，对作为城市老年人口主体的女性老人的养老诉求进行分析，探求城市女性老人在面对家庭、社区、组织等资源时，选择不同模式多维组合的养老策略。

| Abstract: | China's aging process not only faces rapidly old while not rich,but also gender differences.Based on the current dramatic changes in family structure and function,analyse the main demands of the female elderly as the subject of urban population and explore the different strategies of multi-dimensional combination modes when the urban women face the families,communities,organizations and other resources. |
