Abstract:With the increasing competition in the market of steel companies, the accelerating pace of reform and innovation, diverse variety of distribution way of companies has become a competition mechanism. It is particularly important to obtain the supporting and agreement from the employee and participation the reform of the distribution system and enhance the cohesion and creativity of theenterprises.
