试论青少年违法犯罪原因及教育改造对策

青少年违法犯罪,是当今世界各国面临的一个重大问题,也是社会各界关注的问题。加强对违法犯罪青少年的教育改造,使他们由违法犯罪的公民成为遵纪守法的公民和国家建设事业需要的人才,有着重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。结合监狱工作实际,分析统计目前青少年违法犯罪的特点,从而分析其犯罪原因,并根据他们的服刑改造表现,从树立正确的价值观、培养良好的行为习惯、矫治扭曲的心理和培养就业谋生技能等四方面提出教育改造对策。

On Teenagers Illegal Crime and Countermeasures for Education and Reform

Teenagers illegal crime is a major problem facing the world today and also a concern of the society from all walks of life.To strengthen the education reform of criminal teenagers,make them become law-abiding citizens and national needed talents from the citizens of the illegal crime,has an important realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance.Combining the reality of prison work,this paper analyzes the current statistical characteristics of teenagers’ illegal crime and its reasons,so as to put forward countermeasures according to their performance in the jail from establishing correct values,developing good habits,correcting distorted psychology and training skills to make a living.
