| 摘 要： | 双语功底对中英文的理解表达十分重要,并相互作用,中英文语言水平的高低直接影响译文的质量,翻译即理解表达的过程。双语功底可以从对文化差异的了解、译文语言优势和把握恰如其分的语境等方面来体现。打下扎实的双语基础,有利于国际交流和文化的传播。

| Abstract: | Bilingual skills in English and Chinese are very important in both understanding and expressing.They interact with each other,and have a direct impact on the quality of translation,And translation here refers to the process of understanding and expressing.Bilingual skills can be seen in terms of the understanding of cultural differences,language advantages of the target language,the appropriate mastery of the context and in some other aspects.Laying a solid Bilingual foundation is conducive to the international communication and cultural transmission. |
