| 摘 要： | 世界篮球运动向高速度、高对抗、高技巧方向发展,我国篮球运动与欧美强队相比,还有一定的差距,对现在篮球运动科学化训练方法进行探析,旨在促进我国篮球运动训练科学化的普及,提高篮球训练的有效性、日的性、针对性和科学性,使训练的方法、手段更加符合世界篮球运动的发展趋势,从而提高我国篮球运动的训练水平。

| Abstract: | The developing direction of world basketball is toward to high speed,competitive and technique.Comparing with American and European elite teams,our basketball team has certain difference with them.The discussion on scientific training method of modern basketball is to promote popularization of our basketball scientific training and improve the training more scientific,aiming and effectively.The main purpose is to improve the training level of our basketball. |
