网络突发事件中信息级联对受众认知偏差的影响研究

摘    要:目的/意义]探索突发事件中网络信息级联对受众认知偏差的影响机制,通过网络中不同表征的信息级联影响路径,实现对突发事件信息进行差异化监控与治理,并可从信息级联的视角强化正面信息的传播效果。方法/过程]以契合性级联、共变性级联与归并性级联为自变量,认知偏差为因变量,诊断性抑制与锚定性启发为中介变量构建研究理论模型,通过问卷调查法对相关数据进行采集,采用结构方程模型方法,并借助AMOS22.0统计软件对数据进行处理和分析。结果/结论]其研究发现:网络突发事件中,契合性级联、共变性级联及归并性级联通过诊断性抑制和锚定性启发中介作用对受众认知偏差产生显著正向影响;共变性级联对受众认知偏差影响最大,其次为契合性级联,最后为归并性级联;网络信息级联对受众认知偏差的影响效应,在人口统计学上存在显著性差异。最后,对研究结果进行分析和讨论,并指出了研究价值及未来展望。

Abstract:Purpose/Significance]In order to realize differentiated monitoring and governance of emergency information,and enhance the dissemination of positive information from perspective of information cascading,the paper explored the impact of network information cascade on audience's cognitive bias in emergencies.Method/Process]With conformity cascade,covariation cascade and mergence cascade as independent variables,cognitive bias as dependent variable,diagnosticity interference and anchoring heuristics as mediating variables,the paper constructed influence mechanism model of effect of information cascade on cognitive bias in network emergency.And the sample data was obtained through questionnaire survey.The data was analyzed using research methods SEM,and processed through AMOS22.0.Result/Conclusion]And it concluded that conformity cascade,covariation cascade and mergence cascade have significant positive effect on cognitive bias through mediating variables diagnosticity interference and anchoring heuristics.Among these,the effect of covariation cascade is with the most intensity,conformity cascade with more intensity,and mergence cascade with weakest intensity.Besides,there is differential effect of information cascade on cognitive bias between-and in-gender,age and education.And finally,the paper analyzed and discussed the research results,and indicated the theoretical and practical implication of the research conclusion.
