| 摘 要： | 通过对公司原油采购流程的分析,指出引起流程变动性的原因,运用运作管理的方法提出合理运作原油库存和签订进口原油长期合同的措施来优化原油采购流程,达到降低原油采购流程变动性,提高原油资源保障能力的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper points out the reason that causes flow variability by analyzing its crude oil purchase flow.In order to reduce the variability of crude oil purchase flow and raise the capacity of crude oil supply,the company should optimize its crude oil purchase flow through inventory management and long-term crude oil contract. |
