高等学校双休日体育公选课课程资源开发及教考创新

从我国高校体育教育现状出发，针对双休日这一特殊的时空环境进行需求性、社会性及其实践性研究；结舍公选课这一新的挂牌模式进行课程资源开发以及选教、选项、选考、选择健康教育的探索，在“更新观念、开发课程、突破教法、创新考核”的过程中，“健身向健康思路转移；专项课向俱乐部型迈进；启发式向参与式、向人性化考核”方向发展，把双休日体育公选课推向教学改革的繁荣市场，成为优化教学，创新“体育与健康”思路的重要课型。

On weekend physical optional class development and exam innovation in universities

The paper researches into the demand of physical exercises during weekend from the view of practical situation of higher institutions of China.The model of open class compounding with selective teaching courses and exams and being healthy is a reform.From the idea of innovation,courses opening and reforming in teaching and exam,it puts forward the concept from body exercise to health.The courses should be changed from major to club,from enlightenment to more participation.It concludes that the weekend optional class should take into market,made it an excellent course.
