| 摘 要： | 在国有企业改革中，中小型企业的改革目标模式比较多。根据生产力和社会主义市场经济发展的需要，结合我国目前的实际情况，应明确兼并方式是其重要的形式，股份合作制是首选形式，售卖形式是补充形式。只有选择了最佳目标模式，才能使国有中小型企业改革得以顺利进行

| Abstract: | During the transformation of state enterprises in China ,the aims and modes of transformation on small and medium sized state enterprises are voried .According to the developmental needs of productive forces,the socialist market economy and the actual conditions at the present time in China ,shares cooperation is the first selective form,merging is the important form,selling is the additional method.Only by selecting the best aim and mode of transformation will, it be going on smoothly in small and medium sized state enterprises. |
