| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法与比较法进行研究。认为我国青少年体育训练和竞赛组织模式的一些局部性制度改革与创新，尚不足以彻底改变原来存在的深层次及带有根本性的问题。由此提出了以培养社会兴趣和“横向联系”为结构关系的组织模式，并提出了社会共同需要、社会效益最大化和法制等改革原则。 |

| Abstract: | By the methods of documentation and comparison, the present study finds that the partial reform and innovation in the system of adolescents' sports training and competition organizing framework could not completely solve the already existing problems of deep level and cardinalship. Therefore, the authors offer the organizational framework in which the structure relation is to foster the social interest and transverse connection, and put forward the reform principles of social common demands, social maximum benefits and laws. |
