| 摘 要： | 面对知识社会以及经济全球化的挑战,培养＂三创＂人才己经成为各大高校的共识。隐性知识的转移是大学生能力形成的关键,构建以隐性知识挖掘为导向的大学生创业教育体系,有助于培养真正富有创造、创新、创业精神和能力的复合型高级人才。
