| 摘 要： | 校、院两级管理体制是目前我国高等学校内部体制改革普遍采取的一种形式。在实践过程中,校、院两级管理体制发挥了一定的积极作用,但还存在诸多的不完善,文章分析了该体制现存的问题,并提出了解决的途径。
