英语口语教学中团队理论应用的实证研究

摘    要:文章解析英语口语教学组织中所包含的各种团队要素,建构起一个植根于英语口语教学的团队效益模型.在教学试验基础上归纳出这一模型中影响教学效果的主要因素以及它们对实际教学的影响度.研究结果表明:口语班级里学生的专业是否单一、组成小团队时学生选择队友的自主程度、课堂讨论与课外讨论的数量比例和契合度均为显著影响口语教学效果的因素.

Abstract:This paper applies team theory of management to spoken English teaching. The study is carried out both theoretically and practically. A team-effectiveness model is constructed based on the oral English teaching. Various factors included in the oral teaching and learning team are analyzed using the model. During the empirical study, those factors have been tested and their influences on the effectiveness of oral English teaching and learning are discussed. The results show that the most influential factors affecting the oral team are whether students in an oral-class are majoring in the same academic field or not, the degree of students' freedom in choosing teammates, the number and the matching of in-class and out-of-class discussions.
