| Abstract: | Globalized and knowledge based society put forward brand new requirement to the quality of human beings; at the same time, the content of school education needs redefining and reconstructing. So an open, networked, life long learning and human quality centered new education system should be constructed. Open and distance education is the most revolutionary and flexible education form. We should quicken the development of distance education by co operation within competition. |
