本文从理论与实践的结合上,阐述了教育学院学报办刊的宗旨:把学报办成本校教师和本地中小学校长、教师发表科研成果的园地、社会主义的文化阵地和学术交流的桥梁;教育学院学报的三个特色:学术性、师范性和地方性;学报的两个效益:学术效益和经济效益。

Probing Into the Regular Running Patterns of the Journals of Education Colleges

On the basis of combining theory with practice,the thesis discusses three principles in running journals of education colleges.Namely: managing the journals to be a field for the teachers and headmasters in primary and middle schools to publish their achievements in scientific research,a position for socialism culture,a bridge for academic exchange.The journals have three features: acedemic nature, Pedagogical nature and area nature.They also have two interests: academic interest and economic interest.
