| 摘 要： | 文章试图把哲学中普遍联系、对立统一、发展变化、共性个性、量变质变等观点分别与高等学校管理中的组织机构、目标决策、制度规范、协调平衡、考核评议等具体管理活动相联系,从高等学校管理的微观层面去解读管理行为背后的哲学观点和辩证思维模式,拉近哲学与管理实践的距离。

| Abstract: | The author,based on the philosophical viewpoints of universal relevance,the unity of opposites,development,universality and particularity,quantitative and qualitative change,tries to interpret the philosophies and dialectical patterns of thinking in the perspective of micro-level management implied in specific behavior of streamlining units,goals-setting,system standardization,coordination,assessment closely-related to college management. |
