| 摘 要： | 建国初期,毛泽东对发展在社会主义现代化建设中的地位和意义进行了初步探索,强调发展的基础地位;改革开放后,邓小平提出＂发展才是硬道理＂;20世纪90年代后,江泽民提出＂发展是执政兴国的第一要务＂确立了发展的首要地位;进入21世纪后,胡锦涛提出了科学发展观,认为发展对＂中华民族的伟大复兴具有决定性意义＂。

| Abstract: | In the early days of New China,Mao Zedong made initial exploration of the status and significance of the development in socialist modernization and stressed the position of the development. After the reform and opening up,Deng Xiaoping put forward his idea——＂ Development is the most essential criterion＂. In the 1990s of the 20th century,Jiang Zemin put forward his idea——＂ Development is the first priority in governing and rejuvenating the country ＂ and set the development priority. After entering the 21st century,Hu Jintao put forward ＂Scientific Outlook on Development＇ and thought ＂development is of decisive significance in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation ＂. |
