| 摘 要： | 焦虑是外语学习中影响学习效果的重要情感因素之一。作为教师了解焦虑的概念、成因,并对学生学习中这一现象加以分析,可以更好地应对学生学习中存在的问题,采取有效策略,调动积极因素,抑制消极因素,帮助学生顺利完成学习任务,提高学习效果。
