摘    要:在中国构建学习型学校,必须根植于中国本土现状,从观念、利益、教育制度、素质能力变革的不确定性和时间上的阻力等方面,探讨中国教育发展对构建学习型学校所提供的有利因素与发展契机和各种阻力与困境,进而找到构建学习型学校的建设性策略。

Abstract:The construction of learning-mode school in China must be rooted in the present situation of China and it is necessary to probe into the favorable factors, developmental chance, obstacles and difficulty supplied for the construction of learning-mode school in the development of China's education in terms of concept, interest, educational system, uncertainty of quality-ability change and obstacle of time. Therefore a constructive strategy can be found for the construction of learning-mode school.
