| 摘 要： | 在高校不断扩招的新形势下，高校大学生的生源素质参差不齐，多种形式的违法犯罪现象有较大幅度上升。根据近年来我省高校大学生违法犯罪的实际情况，对高校大学生违法犯罪心理状态进行分析研究，提出疏导、教育和预防的措施和对策，有助于正确和科学地预防和处理大学生各种违法犯罪事件。

| Abstract: | Under the new circumstances of enrolling more new students every year by institu tions of higher learning, and owing to the fact that students are not on the sam e level of ideological and ethical standards, the phenomenon of violating the la w or offences in many forms is on the rise. An analysis of the mentality of stu dents at institutions of higher learning made according to the actual conditions of offences among students in the past few years in order to find measures and strategies of education will be of help to preventing various forms of offence a nd to dealing with such events in a correct and scientific way. |
