自制集血袋测量前置胎盘剖宫产阴道出血的评价

目的：通过自制集血袋，准确、快速地测量前置胎盘剖宫产阴道出血量，为产后出血的诊断、救治争取时间及提供依据。方法：将本院前置胎盘剖宫产产妇60例，随机分为实验组和对照组（n=30），分别采取自制集血袋及称重法两种方法测量阴道出血量，计算测量时间和精确度。结果：实验组和对照组所测出血量和根据红细胞压积变化计算出血量相比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；两组测量时间相比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：自制集血袋测量前置胎盘剖宫产阴道出血量与称重法相比较，操作简便、快捷，测量时间明显缩短（P〈0.01）；其精确度和称重法一样，都很准确。

Evaluation of Homemade Blood Collecting Bag in Measuring the Amount of Caesarean Section Vaginal Haemorrhage of Postpartum Hemorrhage Patients

Objective： To diagnose and treatment effectively for postpartum hemorrhage patients by homemade collection bags to measure the amount of caesarean section vaginal haemorrhage of placenta previa rapidly and accurately. Methods： Sixty pregnant women with placenta previa were randomly divided into experimental group and control group （n = 30）, respectively adopt homemade collection bags and weighing method to measure the .vaginal hacmorrhage amount, computation time and precision. Results： There is no significant difference between experimental group and haemorrhage amount calculate according to the changes of hematocrit （ p 〉 0.05 ）. There is no significant difference between control group and haemorrhage amount calculate according to the changes of hematocrit （ p 〉 0.05 ） . Compared to control group, the measuring time of experimental group is significantly shorter （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusions： Compared to weighing methods, homemade collection bags is easy and fast in measuring the amount of caesarean section vaginal haemorrhage of placenta previa （P 〈0.01 ） . There is no significant difference between experimental group and control group in accuracy.
