加味血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛的疗效分析

目的：探讨加味血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：将收治的112例偏头痛患者随机分为2组，对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗，观察组采用加味血府逐瘀汤治疗。结果：治疗后观察组双侧大脑前、中、后动脉平均血流速度，减少头痛发作次数及改善头痛程度方面均优于对照组（P〈0.01）；治疗后观察组总有效率分别为87.5％，明显高于对照组的69.6％（P〈0.05）。结论：加味血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛疗效好，优于氟桂利嗪，值得临床推广应用。

Curative Effect Analysis of Additional Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Treating Migraine

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of Additional Xuefu Zhuyu decoction treating migraine. Methods： 112 migraine patients were selected as the research objects and they were divided into two groups, control group and observation group. Flunarizine Hydrochloride capsules were used to the former group as their therapy, and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction was used by the latter group. Results： After treatment, three aspects of the observation group was superior than those of the control group, including the mean flow velocity of bilateral anterior, middle, and posterior cerebral artery, the decrease of headache frequency and the relief of headache severity （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; and after treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 87.5%, obviously higher than the 69.6% of the control group （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusions： On treating migraine, additional Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, superior to Flunarizine, is eutherapeutic, which is recommendable for clinical application.
