| 摘 要： | 供应商的选择评价对企业的生存发展起着至关重要的作用。在供应链环境下,影响供应商选择的因素有价格、质量、创新能力、柔性、交货提前期、交货准时性等。基于层次分析法,供应商应选择合理的模型构建与评价步骤,以证明该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of the suppliers plays a very important role in survival and development of company.The first this paper analyzes the influence factors to supplier selection on price,quality,innovation ability,flexibility,delivery in advance and on time delivery,etc,In supply chains;And then offers to set up evaluation model and evaluation way for supplier selection base on AHP;Finally,verifies the validity though using the AHP to analyze an instance. |
