皖豫晋3省部分高校大学生体育生活现状的调查与分析

通过问卷调查、文献资料调研和数理统计等方法对皖豫晋3省部分高校大学生体育现状进行调查,结果表明:大学生对锻炼的意义和价值有较明确的认知,体育动机呈现多元化的特点;大学生体育锻炼的态度与余暇活动的主动性不高;大部分学生参与活动时间有限,锻炼效果不理想;活动时间与负荷远低于相关教育与体育法规的要求;场地和器材的缺乏、余暇辅导少、传统教学模式与学习负担重是影响大学生参与锻炼的主要因素。
