| 摘 要： | 对人才资源开发和全面建设小康社会的辩证关系进行了认真分析。在此基础上。针对在全面建设小康社会的进程中我国人才资源开发工作存在的主要问题，提出了搞好我国人才资源开发工作的应对措施。
