| 摘 要： | 由地方政府主管的高校功能如何定位,关系到高校自身生存和区域经济社会发展。地方高校要以科学发展观为指导,按照服务地方、能级分类、追求特色的原则合理定位,坚持走产学研结合与互动之路,建立健全校地合作、校企合作机制,实现优势互补、双赢共荣。

| Abstract: | How to fix the function of a Local university administrated by a local government is related to its existence and the local economic development.To fix the function of a local university must be based on the guide of scientific developing view;in accord with the principles of service-orientation,ability-gradation,and peculiarity-seeking;insisting on the way characterised by the combination of learning and producing,and interaction;establishing and perfecting the system of college-local cooperation and college-enterprise cooperation;realizing better compensation each other,and mutal gaining and prospecting. |
