基于构建高职“双师型”教师薪酬体系的思考

摘    要:在分析高职"双师型"教师薪酬体系现状的基础上,根据高职"双师型"教师的特点,提出构建一个以基本薪酬为主,以业绩薪酬为辅,津贴、福利、社会保障等并用,金钱报酬和非金钱报酬并行,具有激励性、可操作性的薪酬体系设计思路与基本框架。

Abstract:This paper proposes a new way to construct pay systems,based on a careful analysis and consideration on its status quo and factors,that is,to form a system dominated by the basic salary,subsided by their achievement,allowance,social welfare,and security.It is a system with money awardness and non-money awardness consequently,which is a new,encouraging,and practical pay system.
