优秀冰壶运动员专项心理能力研究

专项心理能力在冰壶运动中有着举足轻重的位置。近年对冰壶心理方面的研究尚停留在现象层面，在现象之下探析专项心理能力的主要内容是后续研究的关键。通过现场观察、专家访谈、逻辑分析，提出冰壶运动的专项心理能力主要是以构建心理稳定性为核心的能力建设，即专项认知能力、专项人格特征、情绪识别与控制、心理恢复能力等几个方面。在日常训练中加强心理建设，是培养良好专项心理能力、维护赛场心理稳定性的关键。

Research on the Specialized Mental Ability of Excellent Curling Players

The role of specialized mental ability features in curling. The recent psychological researches are still rest on phenomenon level, but the key of future research is to analyze the main content of specialized mental ability under the phenomena. With the methods of participant observation, interviewing experts and logical analysis, the paper indicates that the curling players＂ specialized mental ability mainly is to develop the capacity with the core of psychological stability, namely special cognitive ability, specific personality trait, emotional identification and control, psychological recovery, etc. In daily training, the key of develo- ping well specialized mental ability and holding the competitive psychological stability is to enhance the men- tal construction.
