| 摘 要： | 采用三种不同的方法(质粒酶切、16S rRNA基因扩增酶切、ERIC-PCR)制备DNA样品,使教师可以根据自身的条件采取不同的方法进行实验准备。设计了通过DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳的结果比较来找出罪犯的实验环节,从而使得该实验的准确性、重复性和吸引力大大提高。

| Abstract: | DNA sample was prepared by three methods: plasmid restriction,amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis(ARDRA) and ERIC(Enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus) PCR fingerprinting analysis.In order to improve the veracity,repetition and attraction of the experiment,it designed the story of analyzing and judging the criminal according to the result. |
