| 摘 要： | 当前,我国创新型企业的建设和发展还处在初创期,国内学者对创新型企业的评价分析进行系统研究的不多。本文首先借鉴国内学者关于创新型企业的研究成果,归纳提炼出创新型企业必备的要素特征。其次依据客观性、可持续性和易操作性原则,结合创新型企业的要素特征,从创新型试点企业的认定评价和创新型企业成长绩效评价两个角度,构建了创新型企业的评价指标体系。最后对评价实施中的相关问题提出了对策建议。
