高校师教生评之问题诊断与对策探讨

摘    要:当前高等教育中的师教生评存在评教标准虚无化、评价结果怪异性、评教"效能"钟摆性等问题,难以发挥其应有的实效。它与人们对评教价值的曲解、评价量表设计的欠当、评教结果处理的简单化、晕轮效应的作祟等因素密切相关。应采取端正学生的评教认识、建构完善的评价指标体系、力求师教生评方式的多样化和评教结果处置的最优化等策略,促使师教生评真正发挥以评促教的功效。

Abstract:There exist the problems in students’evaluation of teaching in current higher education,such as the nihility of teaching evaluation standard,the weirdness in evaluation results,pendulum effect in assessment effi-ciency,etc.,which make it difficult to be effective in practice.This is supposed to be closely associated with the distortion of teaching assessment value,simplistic treatment of evaluation results,improper rating scales and ha-lo effect.Therefore,the article argue for rectification of students’understanding of teaching evaluation,construc-tion of perfect evaluation index system,diversification of students’evaluation of teaching and optimization of treatment of evaluation results in an attempt to display the true effect of promoting teaching quality by assess-ment.
