| Abstract: | During the Spring-Autumn period,the official system of State Qin was incomplete due to the late establishment of State Qin and the fact that State Qin was located in the place inhabited by Xirong tribes.A brief analysis is made of the characteristics of this official system and the progressiveness and historic roles of this set of official system. |
