| 摘 要： | 汉武帝统治时期,流民问题十分严重。汉武帝为了维护统治,采取了严控户籍、赈济安抚、生产自救、扩大土地资源、抑制土地兼并等一系列政策和措施。汉武帝解决流民问题尽管有些不足,但成效显著。汉武帝时期的流民问题及其解决方式深刻地反映出汉武帝时期的社会经济状况及政治经济特色。

| Abstract: | During the reign of Emperor Hanwu,the problem of drifting population is very serious.In order to maintain his reign,Emperor Hanwu adopted a series of policies and measures,which included the strict control of household register,relief and pacification,helping oneself with production,the expanding of land resources,and the restraint on land annexation.Although Emperor Hanwu's solution to the problem of drifting population was inadequate,the achievements he had made were remarkable.The problem of drifting population and its solutions profoundly reflected the socio-economic conditions and political-economic features. |
