论加快西部地区市域经济一体化进程

西部地区市域经济一体化指市域经济各个组成部分之间通过资源流动而日益相互开放、相互融合、经济联系愈来愈紧密的状态和进程。笔者认为 ,西部地区市域经济之所以发展缓慢 ,与未能理清市域经济的发展方向———市域经济一体化有关。西部地区市域经济一体化 ,是全球经济一体化、中国区域经济一体化在西部地区市域这一较低层级的体现。这一进程有它别于东部地区的种种特征和发展路径。西部市域经济一体化的宏观目标 ,即建立外向型的、开发式的与全球经济接轨的市场体系 ,建立分区鲜明、特色突出、以比较优势为基础的经济分工布局 ,建立高效一体的生产、流通内循环系统 ,建立城乡一体的社会经济形态。

On Fastening the Progress of Urban Economy Integration in West

Urban Economy Integration in Northwest means various parts of it become increasingly open, integrated and closely related to one another through resource circulation. The cause why economy develops slowly in West is that the direction of developing-Economy integration is not made clear. Economy integration of west stands for the global economy integration and China's economy integration, which is a low leval embodiment in west ecomomy. The macro objectives of urban economy integration means establishing a market system that is open, generative and meets the trend of global economy. It also suggests setting up a layout of ecnomic labour division that is distinctive and based on comparative superiority, establishing a internal circulating system that is efficient and integrated, founding a social-economic formation of urban-rural integration. The progress of it distinguishes the northwest local economy from east economy.
