| Abstract: | There are several factors, which restrict the application of popularization of higher education, such as investment, the quality of graduates and their employment. Accordingly, it is necessary to make great efforts to promote the development of modern distance education, in order to readjust the present layout and constitute of higher education, realize educational resource sharing, enlarge the scale of education, narrow the regional difference in education, and cultivate compound talents. |
