| 摘 要： | 辛亥革命使中国学人近两千年来以忠君为取向的精神根基发生动摇,尽管封建的意识直到一百年后的今天也未能在中国学人头脑中彻底根除,但辛亥革命还是使越来越多的学人自觉或不自觉地转向以报国作为精神归向,其中一部分杰出分子进而确立民主、科学的理念。新《大学令》将研究高深学术,培养高级人才作为近代中国大学的宗旨,奠定了中国现代大学发展的制度和价值基础,也促进了中国近代大学精神理念以欧洲大学为边界与人类大学主流价值的融合,促进了大学精神内涵的丰富与发展。

| Abstract: | The 1911 revolution has substantially shaken the two-thousand-year-long Chinese tradition of the loyalty for the royal,which gives way to patrotism on basis of which democracy or science becomes rooted in the minds of the outstanding Chinese.The new edict which comits universities to academia,and education of advanced learners helps found the conceptions and spirit of the modern Chinese universities. |
