| 摘 要： | 目前冰雪体育旅游受到人们的广泛关注，文章通过文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法，对黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游现状进行研究，结果发现黑龙江省冰雪旅游现有资源没有得到充分的开发和利用、尚未形成冰雪体育旅游产业链、基础设施不完善、缺乏冰雪旅游总体规划等方面的问题。因此文章提出，应进行科学化的管理、加大宣传力度、承办大型赛事以扩大影响力，走冰雪旅游与大众健身及竞技比赛相结合道路等发展对策。
