School Managemendent and ISO9000 Certification System

The 21th century is the century of guality competition.Proper management produces high guality and beneficial result.The strerngthening and improving of the management of professional technology colleges is the only way to improve the educational guality and benefit of these colleges,as well as the logical choice of their existence and clevelopment.Especially after China has entred the WTO,professional technology education,as a kind of service trades,is one of the first fields open to the world.The present articles argues that it is necessary to set up a regulated management system which is both up to the international standards and in comformity with the present development of the schools.It alst argues that these college can gain their space of clevelopment and existence only when they put the whole process of education under the concept of modern management.
