| 摘 要： | 本文通过对楚雄市2002年农村能源现状及2002—2010年农村生活用能源建设规划分析，对2005年，2010年能源结构进行定量分析。对生态环境效益进行了定量分析，结果表明：经过8年农村能源建设，完全可以实现能源结构优化，其环境效益、生态经济效益非常显著。

| Abstract: | The present paper gives an analysis of the situation of Chuxiong rural energy in 2002 and the rural life emery construction planning in 2002-2010.Meanwhile, a quantitative analysis has been given to energy resource structure in 2005-2010.It has been found out that after a 5-year rural energy construction, we have optimized energy resource structures and therefore, made remarkable environmental and eco-economic benefits. |
